Orders & Prices

  • All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
  • An order is confirmed once we accept it; we may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, in which case any amount paid is refunded.
  • Product photos are for illustration; slight variations may occur.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and, where available, secure card payment processed by Network International (N-Genius Online). We never store your full card details. For card orders, your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified.

Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. Refunds for card payments are returned to the original card.
