14-Day Returns

You can return any unworn item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with the box and tags intact.

Free Size Exchanges

If the size doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for free — one exchange per order. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need.

How to Return

• Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
• We'll arrange a pickup from your address.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the item.

Not Returnable

For hygiene reasons, socks and insoles can't be returned once opened.
